2. Job description: 

• Proficient in comprehending system documentation, analyzing requirements from customers, PM , and BA, as well as researching system functionalities. 
• Develop and create personal test plans, write test cases, prepare test data, and set up the testing environment. 
• Conduct testing, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to address and resolve issues. 
• Log bugs, assess their importance and urgency levels. 
• Analyze and monitor test results, report testing outcomes. 
• Participate in research and propose improvements to product features and testing processes.  

3. Requirements: 

• Have 2 to 5 years of experience in a Tester position. 
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
• Capable of self-learning, analyzing, and researching new systems. 
• Understand the request confirmation system by asking questions to PM/BrSE/Customer. 
• Proficient in reading and understanding customer requirements. 
• Experienced in testing web applications, desktop apps, native apps, APIs, and batch processes. 
• Proficient in using SQL databases. 
• Having coding mindset is advantageous, and experience in testing batches is a plus.  
• Having Japanese language skills is a plus.
