Bridge Software Engineer (Senior - Tokyo)

1. Company introduction: 

React Plus is a technology company specializing in the development of fintech systems and the provision of financial solutions in Japan, and has experienced strong growth since its establishment. Founded in 2019, the company has served a client base consisting entirely of Japanese enterprises. As of May 2023, it has grown to over 200 employees, with 2022 revenue reaching approximately 4 million USD and an annual growth rate of 100% over the past three years.

With the aim of expanding its market and forming partnerships with major IT companies in Japan—particularly financial institutions and those focusing on AI development solutions—React Plus Group established the legal entity “Mirai Plus” in Japan.

Mirai Plus is a joint venture between React Plus and Milize Inc., a leading provider of fintech and AI solutions with a top-tier customer base in Japan.

2. Required:

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 level)
• At least 3 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager (managing schedules, handling issues, etc.)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

Optional:

• Experienced in working with cloud services such as AWS and Azure
• Experienced in creating requirements, specifications, and system design

3. Salary and Allowances

• Annual Income: Up to 6 million JPY (Based on experience and capability)
• Salary Raise: Once per year
• Transportation Allowance: Up to 20,000 JPY/month
• Housing Allowance: 30,000 JPY/month

4. Working Hours

• 09:00–18:00 (Fixed working hours: 8 hours, break: 60 minutes) or Flexible

5. Holidays

• 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday)
• National holidays in accordance with Japanese law
