3 tháng học Data Scientist – Lộ trình học vừa học vừa thực chiến
Khác với việc học lý thuyết, lộ trình tại React Plus tập trung vào cách một Data Scientist làm việc trong thực tế:
- Làm việc với dữ liệu thật từ hệ thống Logistics
- Xử lý data bẩn, thiếu, không đồng nhất
- Tạo feature và xây dựng model scoring
- Phân tích dữ liệu, tìm insight phục vụ business
- Xây dashboard và prototype như một dự án thật
Chương trình được dẫn dắt trực tiếp bởi các leader và chuyên gia trong team, với cách tiếp cận sát với môi trường làm việc thực tế.

Học viên có cơ hội tham gia các dự án AI trong lĩnh vực Ngân hàng, Bảo hiểm và Logistics lớn nhất tại Nhật Bản, đồng thời mở rộng định hướng sang lĩnh vực AI cho các kỹ sư IT. Bên cạnh đó, chương trình còn mang đến cơ hội công tác và làm việc tại Nhật Bản trong các dự án AI quy mô lớn.

Unlike purely theoretical learning, the program at React Plus focuses on how a Data Scientist works in real-world environments:
- Working with real data from logistics systems
- Handling dirty, missing, and inconsistent data
- Performing feature engineering and building scoring models
- Analyzing data and generating business insights
- Building dashboards and prototypes as in real projects
The program is directly led by team leaders and experienced experts, with an approach closely aligned with real working environments.

Participants will have opportunities to join AI projects in the banking, insurance, and logistics sectors at some of the largest companies in Japan, while also expanding career paths in AI for IT engineers. In addition, the program offers opportunities for business trips and working in Japan on large-scale AI projects.
